At Avenue 360 Health + Wellness, we work hard to improve our community\u2019s health, one person at a time. We\u2019re excited to announce that the American Heart Association (AHA) and American Medical Association (AMA) have honored us with two awards. We received the Target: BP Achievement Award for our efforts to control blood pressure and recognition for our work in Target: Type 2 Diabetes. These awards show how we turn science-based guidelines into real care that changes lives.<\/p>\n

Through #TargetBP, we\u2019re helping improve the nation\u2019s blood pressure control. We follow the latest guidelines to ensure better health for patients with high blood pressure. Our work in Target: Type 2 Diabetes also shows our dedication to quality care for people with diabetes. These programs are more than just initiatives\u2014they\u2019re our commitment to using proven knowledge to make a difference every day.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe love seeing the positive impact on our patients\u2019 lives,\u201d said Dr. Marcqwon Daywalker, Executive Vice President of Clinical Services. \u201cHelping people manage blood pressure or diabetes and watching them thrive is our greatest reward.\u201d These awards from the AHA and AMA highlight the hard work of our amazing team.<\/p>\n
